What this space is

The Au+DHD Mental Fitness Lounge connect Autism, ADHD and AuDHD ( both) individuals for the purpose of:

  • Understanding how their minds work

  • Build mental fitness skills

  • Support nervous system regulation

  • Unmasking in a low-pressure environment

This is a learning-centered space first.

Connection may happen over time — but it is never required. Community is a byproduct here, not the goal.
